10-Day Returns at Spellbound Pages
We want every order to feel like magic. If it doesn't, you have 10 days from delivery to start a return.
To start a return: sign in to your account (top of the page), open your order, and select Request return. Or reply to your order confirmation email and we'll take care of it.
What qualifies: items in original, unused condition. Digital downloads are instant and can't be returned — but if a file won't open, we'll fix or refund it.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return.
